María Garcia

I am a Spanish native language teacher specialised in teaching English and Spanish, both as foreign languages, although I have also taught their literatures and other languages such as Basque and German.
Teaching is my passion, and I still have the energy and drive to do my lessons very productive where as a teacher I feel I have a vision to cater for students' needs, enthusiasm, imagination, persistence, resilience and flexibility in order to raise both personal and academic achievements.
The experiences I have gained to date have equipped me to work with the students to further instil high expectations.
I also have high expectations of myself and I believe that my commitment to academic success and developing a passion for the language makes me an ideal candidate for the role of language teacher in varied educational contexts as secondary education, further education or adults' education.
