Every session is structured to help you gain clarity about your strengths, interests and future career direction, while also developing the confidence and skills needed to make informed academic and professional decisions.
I typically begin with a short conversation to understand where you are right now—whether you’re unsure about what to study, exploring different career paths, or simply trying to understand what you’re good at. From there, I use professional coaching techniques, guided questions and practical exercises to help you reflect on your personality, strengths, values and aspirations.
The lessons often include self-discovery tools, career-mapping activities, decision-making frameworks and real examples from the working world. I also explain how different study paths connect to career opportunities, and help you evaluate what suits you best based on your natural talents and lifestyle preferences. My goal is not only to provide information, but to help you think critically, understand yourself better and feel confident about your next steps.
Each session ends with clear, actionable steps, so you always know what to explore or work on before the next lesson. The learning process feels engaging, empowering and tailored to you—never rushed or overwhelming.
With over 500 hours of coaching experience, an ICF certification and a strong HR background, I bring both professional insight and real-world knowledge. I aim to create a safe space where you can ask questions, express doubts and build a clear, inspired vision for your future.
