With extensive experience tutoring students throughout my A Levels and University life I have devised a format which provides the most effective teaching while still being engaging. However, I also really believe in catering lessons to the individual student and their needs, whether it be deepening knowledge or refining exam technique.

I often start with a quick recap and test of the material covered last lesson in an interactive format. Then the main section of explanation of the new content that will be covered. I will make resources beforehand such as worksheets or example essays for us to discuss. Throughout the lesson there will be engaging tasks to ensure the new information is being digested. In the plenary we can go over any questions or cement the understanding.

I am also happy to provide homework tasks and mark these thoroughly for the next session.
