In my lessons, I strive to create a dynamic, inclusive, and engaging environment where every student feels seen, heard, and valued. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, each session is designed to be interactive and tailored to your needs, encouraging active participation and personal growth. I structure my lessons to balance theory with practice, using real-life examples, discussions, and hands-on activities to keep you involved and motivated. I often integrate group work, problem-solving tasks, and open dialogue to help students learn from each other, build confidence, and develop a deeper understanding of the content.

My teaching experience spans a variety of age groups, learning styles, and settings—from classrooms to coaching fields—which has taught me the importance of flexibility and adaptability. I approach each lesson with empathy and energy, making sure to adjust my teaching methods to best suit the group or individual I’m working with. Every student is different, and my goal is to meet them where they are, while still pushing them to grow. Mistakes are not only accepted but encouraged as opportunities to learn and improve.

Technology, visual aids, and physical demonstrations are also key components of my lessons, enhancing engagement and comprehension. I believe that learning should be as enjoyable as it is educational, so I work hard to build a positive, low-pressure environment where students feel safe to try, fail, and try again.

Above all, I value the journey of learning and the progress made along the way.

A lifetime of sport (watching, playing, teaching and coaching) has taught me that mistakes happen, no matter how well you prepare. The only thing you can do about it, is to reflect, and implement change, to better yourself first next time.
