Marcela Sandoval Cruz

I successfully trained and mentored a sales team of 24 people. My responsibilities included teaching sales techniques, product and service specifications, as well as providing insights into the creation process of the products. One of my key achievements in this role was effectively translating and delivering information to my team. The product details and specifications were often sent to me in English, and I took on the responsibility of ensuring that the information was accurately translated and comprehensible for all team members. This experience honed my ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Furthermore, my diverse background allows me to bring a unique perspective to language instruction. Growing up in Guatemala and living in Barcelona has exposed me to different dialects and nuances of the Spanish language, which I can incorporate into the tutoring experience to provide students with a well-rounded understanding of the language.

I am confident in my ability to create engaging and interactive lessons tailored to the needs and proficiency levels of students. My experience in training sales teams has equipped me with strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling me to establish a supportive and encouraging learning environment. I think that the best way to learn is by having fun, engaging confidence and not to be afraid to speak out and try. I provide customised lessons based on the student needs and can provide assistance in reaching your goals. I will encourage my lessons by mainly starting conversation as much as possible, which I consider is the easiest way to learn any language :)
