Marcela Delgado

Hello, my name is Marcela, I am 25 years old and I am from Guatemala. I am a teacher by profession, having graduated as a Preschool Teacher in 2019. During my training, I completed an internship with children between 5 and 6 years old, and later I worked as a grade teacher in charge of 12 children in the Maternal group (3–4 years old). I also gained experience working with Pre-Kinder children (5–6 years old), and I have taught English to second grade Primary students.

Additionally, I have often supported my cousin in the care of my twin nephews, which has strengthened my skills in childcare and responsibility. I also worked in a call center for two and a half years, which helped me develop strong communication and customer service skills.

I recently finished the coursework (pensum) of my degree in Educational Psychology, and I am currently in the graduation process. After completing this stage, I plan to continue specializing in Neuropsychology, as this has always been an area of great interest to me.

I am a native Spanish speaker and have studied English since I was very young, which is also the subject I currently teach in schools. Besides this, I am learning German independently and have already reached level A1.2 with the help of Duolingo, DW, movies, music, and podcasts.
