I have taught all aged group students during my tenure as teacher in India. I prefer to teach through learner based approach however, I have also good command on the class based learning where the main focus of the teaching is to discipline the both outcomes learning and individual development. During my IELTS training career period I learnt how to follow some set rules of one organisation as well as facilitate students at their suitable pace for balanced management of system. I have also good tactics of teaching to showcase as per the demand of different students. I’m not rigid with my set pattern because my main objective is to teach and help my trainees to achieve their life goals. I think teaching is extremely noble kind of job if the tutor believes in the ethics of tutoring. Being a torchbearer, teacher also plays a role of a friend who always guides the other to be on the path of righteousness. I think this is main demand of time to make good human beings along with good successful nation builders.
