My lessons are carefully planned to meet the needs of individual students working at all levels. I use the professionsal zoom platform, sometimes incorporating the use of their whiteboard, and sometimes using the share screen option to work on , or model tasks for students, which engages students to practise and develop their skills during each lesson.
I can set work for students outside of the lessons, if this is required, and I am always willing to mark and send feedback outside of the lessons as well, which many students find very useful. I also can interact and feedback to parents about the progress that is being made.
I am friendly, encouraging and supportive as well as flexible and can support students through my extensive subject knowledge and experience as a teacher and tutor. As an exam marker for AQA, Edexcel and CIE, I know exactly what the exam boards are looking for and can pinpoint what a student needs to do work on to secure or increase their grade. I am always happy to provide and share any resources, as well recommend any good quality resources I ahve found that have helped other students in the past.
I have worked with hudreds of students and my focus is always to help them achieve their goals and to move forward with their ambitions for the future. Many need a good grade in English and I am always working to help them achieve the best possible grades and reach their potential.
