Manat Sirisachadecha

Hi! I’m Manat, an experienced IB Economics tutor and final-year Economics student at the University of Manchester. Having achieved a Level 7 in HL Economics and a Level 7 in my IA, I know first-hand what examiners are looking for and how to approach both assessments and exams with confidence.

Over the past year, I’ve worked with students from all around the world, guiding them through both Standard Level (SL) and Higher Level (HL) topics. My lessons are interactive, structured, and always tailored to the student’s individual needs. I focus on building clear conceptual understanding before applying it to exam-style questions and real-world examples.

Each session typically begins with a short recap to check understanding, followed by targeted teaching using diagrams, case studies, and practice questions. I make sure students learn how to think like economists, not just memorise definitions.

For exam preparation, I provide detailed guidance for each paper format as well as the the Internal Assessment (IA), helping students plan, structure, and write with clarity and confidence.

Above all, I aim to create a calm, supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and challenging ideas. My goal is to help every student gain confidence, enjoy the subject, and achieve their target grade.
