I have taught more than 150 students during the last 10 years. I focus on conceptual clarity and make the topic interesting through real life examples. I encourage students to create and solve problems on their own. I observe the steps followed by the students and follow their thought process. I encourage them to ask me any type of questions, no questions are silly, I encourage habit of questioning, I clear all types of doubts and confusions while answering to my students. I adjust the difficulty level of topic in line with the student's capability of understanding. I take tests periodically to judge the level of understanding. Student can discuss questions from anywhere, any book, any topic in Math or Stat.
