Malaika Rehman

I’m a friendly and supportive online tutor, offering help in all primary school subjects including English, Maths, Science, and ICT. I’m currently in my final year of university, studying for a degree in Computing, and have experience tutoring younger family members. This has helped me develop a strong ability to explain concepts clearly, break down tricky topics, and adapt my teaching to suit different learning styles and personalities.

Although my tutoring experience so far has been within the family, I’m now excited to support more children in building confidence and achieving their full academic potential. I take great care in creating a calm, welcoming learning environment where students feel safe to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow.

My lessons are fully remote, flexible, and completely tailored to each child’s individual needs. Whether your child needs help with day-to-day schoolwork, homework support, SATs preparation, or just a confidence boost, I aim to make each session engaging, interactive, and enjoyable.

I use a variety of methods such as visual aids, mini games, digital resources, and personalised worksheets to keep lessons interesting and effective. Positive reinforcement and encouragement are central to my approach. I also keep parents updated with regular progress feedback so we can work together toward shared goals.

My ultimate goal is to help children develop a genuine love for learning, gain confidence in their abilities, and reach their best potential in a positive and consistent way. Every child learns differently, and with the right support, I truly believe every child can succeed!
