I have experience tutoring Maths and teaching guitar, however I also enjoy science and would be happy to teach it. I like to start of my lessons with a 10-15 minute warmup, for example if I'm teaching Maths, I will give you a few easy questions to get the brain working. I'll then begin the lesson, teaching topics you would like me too, if you have any questions please do not be afraid to ask. If you are struggling with something I can clearly explain it to you and we can go through it together. Finally, after I have taught you the content needed, we will finish off the lesson with a few practice questions based on the topic to make consolidate your learning. Depending on the lesson I may set homework for you to do before the next lesson we have together, however I won't be too strict with it considering you most likely have homework from school, so I will only set small bits of work which will guarantee that what you learnt in the lesson will stay in your long term memory. I will also keep tabs on you, this is assuming I have other students, so I always know what your strengths and I have just finished my GCSE exams and I will receive the results in August, however in the most recent Mock exams, I got a 9 in maths, and 8s in all three sciences. I am grade 7 in classical guitar, and I will be doing my grade 8 exam very soon, however I can also play electric and acoustic guitar at a grade 8 level.
