I am an NHS-trained Health and Wellbeing Coach with over 16 years of experience in education and behavioural change. I support students, young adults and professionals in developing practical tools to regulate stress, improve concentration and build long-term resilience.

My approach integrates modern scientific understanding of the nervous system with structured breathing methodologies (including Buteyko and Oxygen Advantage), alongside traditional pranayama practices, nutritional guidance, sleep hygiene strategies and sustainable lifestyle management.

This work is not about relaxation alone. It is about learning how to respond effectively under pressure — physically and mentally.

What to Expect in a Session

Each session is structured, practical and tailored to individual needs.

1. Assessment & Clarity

We identify stress triggers, behavioural patterns, sleep quality, energy rhythms and lifestyle factors that may be influencing performance.

2. Regulation & Skill-Building

Clients learn functional breathing techniques that directly influence stress physiology, alongside practical strategies for improving sleep, nutrition and daily energy regulation.

3. Sustainable Behaviour Change

Drawing on formal Behaviour Change training, we implement realistic strategies that support motivation, organisation and consistency over time. No prior experience is required. Sessions are accessible and adapted to different ages and stages.
