My lessons are designed to help learners build practical knowledge, confidence, and professional understanding in health and social care settings. Whether you are preparing for employment, college assignments, mandatory training, or improving workplace skills, the sessions are structured to support both beginners and experienced care workers.

Lessons are also learner-centred, supportive, and engaging. I encourage students to ask questions freely, share experiences and opinions, participate in discussions and role-play activities, build confidence in communication and professional behaviour. I also understand that every learner progresses differently, so I adapt my teaching style to suit individual learning needs.

I bring both academic and practical experience in health and social care. My background includes:
Support work experience in community and care settings, Public health and health promotion knowledge, experience volunteering in a community pharmacy supporting diabetes awareness campaigns, Understanding of safeguarding, communication, and patient support, Experience supporting individuals from diverse cultural and social backgrounds
This combination allows me to teach not only theory but also how care principles apply in real-life situations.

My goal is to therefore help students gain knowledge, confidence, and the professional mindset needed to provide safe, compassionate, and effective care.
