I have approximately 2.5 years of professional teaching experience in Biology, from September 2022 to February 2025, primarily teaching FSc/Intermediate students. In addition, I have also taught Environmental Studies at the BS level, which further strengthened my knowledge and teaching experience in ecology, environmental science, biodiversity, ecosystems, and related biological concepts.
My Biology-related roles and responsibilities included teaching theoretical concepts, explaining complex topics in a simple and structured manner, answering subject-related questions, and helping students understand difficult concepts.
I also conducted and guided students through Biology laboratory experiments and practical activities, allowing me to connect theoretical knowledge with practical applications.
At the BS level, teaching Environmental Studies gave me additional experience in areas such as ecosystems, biodiversity, environmental issues, conservation, pollution, sustainability, and human-environment interactions.

Currently, I am working as an HI teacher at a special education school. This experience has helped me develop patience, communication skills, and the ability to understand and support students with different learning needs. I have good communication skills and I am comfortable researching, learning new concepts, and presenting information in a clear and accurate way.
I believe I am suitable for this position because I have good teaching experience. My experience has made me more patient and a better listener. I can understand students’ different needs and learning abilities, and I have good classroom management skills. I believe these qualities make me a suitable candidate.
For effective teaching, I believe students should actively participate rather than just listen to a lecture. I encourage discussions and questions during the class, and I also ask questions to check their understanding. Depending on the topic, I use group discussions, group presentations, and quizzes. These activities help keep students engaged and also help me assess their understanding.
So, basically my teaching method is students' centered rather than teacher's centered.
