My teaching methodology follows a Masterclass-based, personalised and performance-oriented approach, designed to develop students not only as instrumentalists but as confident and independent musicians.

Each session combines technical training, musical interpretation, creativity, musicianship and performance practice. I focus on understanding the individual student’s strengths, learning goals and musical interests, and structure lessons accordingly.

My masterclass approach includes:

- One-to-one personalised instruction tailored to the student’s level, goals and musical interests.
- Advanced instrumental technique, including tone production, articulation, phrasing, dynamics, rhythm and musical expression.
- Performance-oriented learning, preparing students for live performances, examinations, auditions, showcases and ensemble settings.
- Masterclass demonstrations and guided practice, where concepts are demonstrated, analysed and immediately applied by the student.
- Musicianship and theoretical understanding, connecting practical playing with harmony, melody, rhythm, ear training and music theory.
- Creative development, encouraging improvisation, composition, arrangement and individual musical expression.
- Critical listening and musical analysis, helping students understand different styles, genres, artists and performance approaches.
- Ensemble and band development, with emphasis on communication, timing, listening, arrangement and stage performance.
- Contemporary and cross-cultural musicianship, integrating relevant elements of Western and Indian musical traditions where appropriate.
- Constructive feedback and continuous refinement, helping students identify technical and musical areas for improvement and develop a professional mindset.

The objective is to create a professional masterclass environment where students learn through demonstration, observation, experimentation, performance and mentorship—ultimately developing their own musical identity, confidence and artistic voice.
