Hi! I’m an incoming medical student with AAA at A-Level, including an A* in Biology, and top GCSE grades of eight 9s and three 8s. Having recently sat these exams myself, I know exactly what it takes to not only understand the content but also to master exam technique and achieve the very best results.

I have over a year’s experience tutoring GCSE Science at a tuition centre, as well as supporting students through peer mentoring programmes and one-to-one tuition. These experiences have shaped me into a tutor who is passionate, supportive, and fun, always aiming to bring out the best in my students.

My lessons are designed to be engaging and completely personalised to each student. Depending on your needs, sessions run for around an hour to an hour and a half. These one-on-one sessions would be held on Zoom and would make frequent use of the whiteboard function as I often use diagrams to supplement my teaching. I like to start with a quick retrieval activity to refresh key knowledge, before breaking down topics clearly and working through them at a pace that suits you. We then tackle any areas that feel more challenging and round things off with exam-style questions or a fun quiz to test understanding. I aim to create a supportive and approachable atmosphere where you feel comfortable asking questions, building both your subject knowledge and confidence as we go. I am specialised in AQA but am open to teaching other exam boards as well.
