I'll start session getting to know the students, their background and setting goals with them. We'll discuss the timeline to meet each goal. I can prepare material (review sheets and practice questions) according to the students' needs and manage to make the sessions as interactive as possible, online using webwhiteboard for example.

As a tutor I describe my work as:
- investigative : I thrive to bring resourceful approaches (using analogies) to learning, understanding, and problem solving.
- practical and organized : I am dedicated and eager to go beyond to meet goals and ensure timely tasks completion. I make sure to help students understand and apply concepts through extra examples and practice questions.
- service oriented : I adapt my tutoring to the needs, schedule, pace and level of understanding of students to ensure the best results.
