Hello! My name is Maddie, and I am a 16-year-old GCSE student with a passion for language learning, communication, and helping children learn in a fun and supportive environment. My goal as an online tutor is to help young learners improve their confidence, speaking ability, vocabulary, pronunciation, and overall enjoyment of the English language, or any other subjects that are listed below.
I believe people learn best when lessons feel exciting, comfortable, and interactive rather than strict or intimidating. Because I am closer in age to my students, I can create lessons that feel friendly, engaging, and easy to connect with while still remaining organised and educational.
I want every child to feel safe making mistakes and trying new words without fear of embarrassment. I will always:
* praise effort and progress
* encourage participation
* use positive reinforcement
* celebrate small achievements
Confidence is one of the most important parts of learning a language.
I also provide lessons for English Language GCSE, Maths GCSE and Further Maths GCSE if needed.
Teaching online is not only about vocabulary and grammar; it is about helping children build confidence, curiosity, and communication skills that will help them in the future.
As I continue teaching, I hope to:
* improve my teaching experience
* develop more lesson materials
* gain TEFL qualifications in the future
* help more children internationally
* become even more confident as an educator
My aim is to create lessons that are:
* educational
* interactive
* supportive
* enjoyable
* motivating
I want every student to leave class feeling proud of what they achieved and excited to continue learning the subject of their choice.
