As former Head of German at a highly regarded Grammar school I have over 25 years of extensive experience of teaching German. I use my experience of the country and its many traditions to inform my teaching. I have lived and worked in Germany, so I use my lived experiences and authentic resources. As former Head of German at a highly regarded Grammar school I have over 25 years of extensive experience of teaching German. I use my experience of the country and its many traditions to inform my teaching. I have lived and worked in Germany, so I use my lived experiences and authentic resources. I love film and literature and have taught this for many years as part of the A Level course. I prepare students for exams and tailor my lessons to their needs. GCSE and A Level German are my areas of expertise and I have been an examiner for speaking exams.
I have built up great resources for beginners and intermediate students of German too.
I have recently coached A Level students in preparation for their speaking exams for both the AQA and Edexcel boards. I am able to assess gaps in knowledge and bring students up to speed with real confidence in their abilities.

Lynne is a very nice tutor! She is very good at helping new learners to get into languages and get them up to a talking level! She has a great personality and is very patient with her students!
