My aim is to create a comfortable and informal environment to enhance learning and understanding. I appreciate that some people find learning online rather daunting, so by asking for my student's input I am able to ascertain what they would like to learn and whether there are any elements of the English language which appeal to them and peak their interest.
I find teaching English to students whose first language is different to my own very rewarding. As a bilingual myself (speaking Welsh as well as English) there is something incredibly special about grasping English for the first time.
I use various teaching techniques with the hope of incorporating elements of their native language to make the learning experience somewhat easier.
I look forward to working with you in the future.
