I'm a PE teacher with over 6 years experience working in the private sector, and I bring that same energy, structure, and genuine enthusiasm to every tutoring session. My lessons are hard to put in one box - I adapt to whoever is in front of me. Some students need a calm, supportive space to build confidence; others respond better to high energy and a push. I read the room and adjust accordingly, so you'll always feel like the session was designed for you.
For GCSE and A-Level students, lessons are focused and purposeful. We work through the theory and applied content in a way that actually makes sense and is applicable to you and your sport.
For fitness coaching clients, my approach goes beyond just physical performance. I'm passionate about the connection between physical activity and mental sharpness, whether you're a young athlete, a busy professional, or someone looking to stay active and focused later in life, I tailor sessions to keep both your mind and body and brain firing.

I am also a Designated Safeguarding Lead and have experience in pastoral care. This means I understand young people beyond just the academic - I'm attuned to wellbeing, motivation, and the personal challenges that can get in the way of learning. Parents can feel confident their child is in safe, experienced hands, or I am here to life coach any age.
