Hello to you!
My aim is to give you confidence, learning in a relaxed environment, as this is one of the biggest barriers to presenting your English. You may have a lot of knowledge but we will never know if you cannot express it. Let's find your voice! I believe you should have as much speaking time as possible - this skill cannot be practiced through a book.
I teach mostly online, however, you may already be living in the UK so I would be willing to travel to teach in the Hertfordshire area. Perhaps you just need some support getting to grips with living in the UK so we can have casual conversations about that and daily challenges.
I usually teach beginners to B1 / B2 level. We would be using websites such as the British Council, IELTS, The Conversation, BBC Articles, and BBC Graded Reading. We may look at videos or listen to podcasts. I will adapt this material to suit your level and interest. On occasion, there can be homework.
I recommend up to 1 hour for schoolchildren and 2 hours for adults.
I offer a 30 minute free lesson to get to know each other.
I encourage you to bring forward topics of interest or to work alongside your current syllabus.
In the near future I would also like to experience teaching groups - if you are part of an interested community, please do let me know.
See you soon!
