I am a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with experience in restorative yoga, yogic kriyas for sensory hygiene, and creative therapeutic approaches such as dance therapy and drama therapy. My teaching is shaped by both formal training and lived experience, working with people in sensitive and transformative life contexts.
I have taught yoga in Mexico to parents of children with severe disabilities, where my lessons focused on nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and deep rest. In these settings, I learned the importance of gentleness, adaptability, and creating a safe, non-judgmental space. These experiences deeply inform my teaching qualities: empathy, patience, and the ability to meet each student exactly where they are.
For the past three years, I have also taught online to adults seeking self-awareness and a spiritual path. My students are often interested in learning yogic techniques not only for physical wellbeing, but for inner clarity, sensory refinement, and emotional balance. My lessons combine restorative postures, breathwork, kriyas, guided awareness, and creative movement practices that support embodiment and self-inquiry.
My teaching method is structured yet intuitive. We focus on aligning the 5 senses to attune to the inernal wisdom that the bodies hold. I prepare classes where the sequences combine. My goal is to support students in cultivating presence, self-trust, and a deeper connection to themselves through sustainable, nourishing practices.
