I’m a qualified primary teacher with over 10 years of classroom experience, helping children build confidence, independence and a genuine enjoyment of learning.

Every child learns differently, so every lesson is carefully planned around their individual needs, interests and goals. Whether your child needs to close gaps in learning, prepare for the next stage of school, gain confidence or simply benefit from some extra support, sessions are designed to help them make meaningful, lasting progress.

My teaching is rooted in the approaches that make the biggest difference: explicit teaching, secure foundations and learning that develops genuine understanding rather than simply completing tasks. Lessons are engaging, supportive and adapted to suit each learner, ensuring children feel challenged, encouraged and successful.

As a current primary teacher, I have an up-to-date understanding of the National Curriculum and the expectations children face in school today. Alongside one-to-one tuition, I also design and deliver small-group online learning experiences through The Pocket Teacher, creating opportunities for children to learn collaboratively in a supportive environment.

My aim is simple: to help every child feel more confident, more capable and more positive about learning.

Please note hourly rate listed here is based on 1:1 tuition. Group sessions, or block bookings will differ!
