The format of my lessons is highly flexible as I like to adapt according to the student's needs. However, I make sure to include plenty of active recall as it is a scientifically backed method of successful learning. In my sessions students will not simply take notes or be provided with answers. I want them to come away having worked hard to think critically and engaged properly with the content ,which should not feel easy.

In interview sessions we will first go through some warm up questions and then move on to a mock interview. The bulk of the session will then be focussed on reviewing the interview and discussing improvements. For A level sessions I will focus largely on exam questions, going over how to answer them generally as well as content specific issues.
