The content of lessons will vary from student to student.

Before beginning tutoring sessions, I will take a session to meet with the student and (if required) their responsible adult to get a feel for their learning style, and to develop an understanding for any needs that they have, and what they are hoping to achieve out of the sessions.

From that point onwards, I will put a learning plan together to meet the student's needs, learning style and their learning expectations and will outline intended outcomes for each session - and a plan on how to assess ongoing learning.

This will act as a backbone for the learning - but is flexible enough so that if students need sudden support not outlined in the plan then it can be adapted as we go.
