My lessons are designed to be engaging, flexible, and shaped around each student’s individual goals, interests, and level. I believe that learning is most effective when students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and actively participating rather than simply listening.
I offer lessons in **Italian, English, History of Art, and subjects related to Classical Studies**, including ancient Greek and Roman history, mythology, literature, culture, and civilisation. My academic background in Classical Studies and Cultural Heritage allows me to bring together language, history, literature, art, and culture, helping students understand not only individual topics but also the fascinating connections between them.
Lessons usually combine clear explanations with conversation, visual materials, short exercises, readings, and discussion. For language students, I can focus on grammar and vocabulary while placing particular emphasis on speaking naturally and developing confidence in real-life conversations. For History of Art and Classical Studies, lessons can explore artworks, historical periods, mythology, texts, archaeological material, and cultural context in an accessible and engaging way.
I have experience in cultural and educational environments, including volunteering with exhibitions, school visits, and cultural activities, as well as supporting learners through language practice. This has taught me how important it is to adapt the way I explain something to the person in front of me.
Above all, I want my lessons to feel **interesting, encouraging, and genuinely enjoyable**, while helping each student make visible progress and develop confidence in the subject they are studying.
