My teaching method is very much student led. I work with my students to establish their motivation for learning and encourage discussions about what they hope to achieve. I tailor my lessons according to the priorities of the learner and try to draw and build upon the strengths of the student to establish where they are at and work with them to creatively assess improvements throughout the lesson...
