Louise Ferguson

Hi! I’m a recent Common Law LLB graduate from the University of Glasgow, where I earned a Distinction. Before that, I completed a First Class Honours degree in Psychology with Criminology and went on to earn an MSc in Forensic Psychology.

Tutoring has been a big part of my life throughout most of my schooling years — from Kumon and after-school tutoring sessions in primary school to forming study groups with my friends throughout all my degrees. From the latter, I’ve learned how valuable it is to both give and receive help, especially when preparing for big exams.

This might be my first time tutoring online, but my experiences in going to tutors have shaped how I have gone on to explain things in study groups as well as in day to day life. I have a laid-back style and would would take a patient and paced approach in my explanations; I like to introduce tricky topics in simpler terms first, before building up to the technical details. I know how overwhelming studying can be; I’m here to make it just a little bit easier.
