I work with students who feel overwhelmed by exams, struggle with revision, or experience anxiety that interferes with their ability to perform at their best. Together, we develop practical and personalised revision strategies that suit the student’s learning style, helping them move away from last-minute cramming towards structured, effective study routines.
I also teach evidence-based techniques for managing exam anxiety, including grounding exercises, cognitive strategies, and ways to reduce avoidance and procrastination. Time management is another key focus of my work; I help students break tasks into manageable steps, prioritise effectively, and build sustainable routines that reduce stress and increase productivity.
Alongside these practical tools, I provide a supportive, non-judgemental space where students can talk openly about their challenges, build resilience, and develop a more positive relationship with learning. My aim is not only to help students succeed in their exams, but to equip them with lifelong skills in organisation, self-awareness, and emotional regulation that will benefit them far beyond the classroom.
