I have been a chef for the last 25 years.. working in all aspects of catering environments.. from a chicken factory,car homes,schools to cooking for Princess Anne! Now i feel is the time to be able.to pass my knowledge over..being it for young budding chefs, or just a fun get together at a dinner party!
