For a long time, I had very little direction in my life. I felt like I was wasting my time, making choices that weren’t moving me closer to the person I wanted to become, and I lacked the guidance of someone who could show me a better path.

That changed when I discovered the gym at 22.

Fitness taught me a lesson that completely changed the way I viewed life: the work you put in today determines the results you see tomorrow. Progress takes consistency, discipline and patience, and there are no shortcuts to meaningful change.

That mindset quickly began to influence every area of my life. I became more interested in reading, learning, personal development and understanding how I could continually improve myself. The gym became more than just a place to train , it became the foundation for a completely different approach to life.

Now, I want to take the lessons, knowledge and experiences I gained through that journey and use them to help others do the same.

I know what it feels like to lack direction, struggle to take action and feel like you’re capable of more but don’t know where to start. I also know how powerful the right mindset, structure and guidance can be.

My goal through coaching is to help people develop that for themselves, building the mindset, discipline and self-belief they need to take control of their lives and become the person they know they can be.
