I am trained in Naturopathic Nutrition through CNM, with professional experience gained through Holland & Barrett, ANP and GNC. I have supported clients with a wide range of goals, including weight management, improving energy levels, digestion, stress, blood sugar balance, healthier eating habits and building more confidence around food choices.
In the first lesson, I like to understand the client’s current routine, food habits, health goals, challenges and motivation. From there, we can identify simple, realistic changes that fit into their day-to-day life. My approach is not about giving generic advice or strict meal plans. Instead, I focus on helping clients understand the basics of balanced nutrition, how different foods can support their body, and how to make better choices in a way that feels sustainable.
Lessons may include guidance on balanced meals, portion awareness, meal planning, food labels, hydration, energy dips, cravings, stress-related eating, digestion support and lifestyle routines. I also help clients break larger goals into manageable steps, so they can build consistency and confidence over time.
My teaching style is warm, encouraging and collaborative. I explain things clearly, answer questions without judgement, and provide practical suggestions that clients can apply between sessions. I believe long-term change comes from education, confidence and small consistent actions, not perfection.
