My lessons are structured, personalised, and designed around sustainable progress. As a qualified Exercise Specialist with over 10 years of experience and a degree in Psychology, I combine evidence-based training principles with behavioural strategies to help clients achieve lasting results.

All coaching is delivered online and tailored to your lifestyle, schedule, and fitness level. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle building, postpartum return to exercise, or simply improving overall health, your programme is designed specifically for you. I provide detailed workout plans, clear exercise demonstrations, technique feedback (via video where needed), and ongoing adjustments based on your progress.

Nutrition guidance is practical and realistic, no extreme dieting or unsustainable restrictions. I focus on building healthy habits, improving your relationship with food, and creating strategies that work long term. With my psychology background, I also incorporate mindset coaching to help you develop consistency, confidence, and resilience.

I work with busy moms, professionals, and individuals from beginner to advanced level. My approach is supportive but results-driven: you can expect accountability, clear structure, and consistent communication.

Each lesson or check-in is goal-focused, educational, and empowering. We track measurable progress, review challenges, and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement. My aim is not only to help you transform physically, but to equip you with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to maintain your results independently and sustainably long after our coaching ends.

As a single mom, I understand the realities of limited time, shifting priorities, and mental load. Having personally overcome disordered eating, I am especially passionate about helping clients build a balanced, healthy relationship with food and exercise.

I am based in South Africa (GMT+2) and work with clients internationally via online coaching.
