Based in the London Borough of Merton, I love teaching Spanish and spending time in Spain, and I`m passionate about helping people to improve their language skills, and for students to do well in their exams.
In school classes, pupils don`t get enough speaking practice or individual attention, and since I have learned Spanish to a high level myself, I can identify and explain specific language challenges and can view things from the perspective of the learner. I tailor sessions to suit the needs of the individual.

For High School pupils I use resources that complement their school lessons. All sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual in speaking, reading, writing, listening, and grammar.

For adult learners, I use Pasos 1 & 2 and can also use the CEFR A1, A2, and B1 course books if preferred.

Each lesson addresses the needs of the individual learner and a variety of methods are used.

I am available to teach in person in the mornings, afternoons, and after school on weekdays, plus evenings. Also Saturday mornings. I can travel to Morden, Motspur Park, Raynes Park, Wimbledon, New Malden, Old Malden, Worcester Park, North Cheam, Sutton, and Carshalton.

I`m a C1 level student and have a Spanish B2 Diploma (A-Level).
I`ve had a great deal of experience in the Spanish language have been visiting Spain over many years and I`ve joined up with a real Spanish community in Castilla La Mancha. I`m a group leader in summer holiday clubs for children which have taken place there every summer, and I also act as an interpreter for English people.

In South London, I ran a weekly conversation class for 3 years before the lockdown.

During the pandemic years, I returned to study Spanish again, level C1.
