My lessons are structured, calm and highly effective for KS2 and 11+ preparation. I teach English, maths, VR and NVR with a clear, systematic approach that helps children organise ideas, strengthen grammar and comprehension, and apply strong reasoning strategies. Each lesson includes modelling, guided practice and exam-style questions so your child builds confidence and accuracy at a steady pace.

I teach an in-person class in Sittingbourne on Sunday mornings from 08:00–10:00 for children taking the Kent Test in 2028. (Year 5 class closed last year) This small, closed group has a maximum of 8 students; five spaces have already been taken, leaving only three remaining. The class will close at Christmas whether full or not, allowing the children to form a tight, stable cohort that learns together and supports one another right up to their exam.

For families who prefer 1:1 tuition or live too far away for the class, I offer online lessons over Zoom. I currently have six 1:1 spaces available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 16:00 and 20:30, with earlier daytime slots available for home-educated children. Lessons include plenty of practice, regular assessment and clear progress monitoring, with updates shared with parents so you always know how your child is developing.

Whether 1:1 or in a small group, my focus is on helping children finish primary school in a strong position, with clear skills, solid confidence and every option open to them as they move into secondary education.
