Starting out, we will go through topical discussion and questions, where you can deepen your understanding of that topic. I will potentially give handwritten notes, which can be catered to your weaknesses, strengths or requests. Once exam season comes, we will begin to drill on past year questions. During these sessions, I will sit and go through questions with you. Depending on your capabilities, I may let you complete the questions on your own, then ask you to justify why you answer as such. Occasionally, I will slide in some tips and hacks to go about certain topics.

Subjects I focus on are Math and Chemistry. I also have experience in Biology and Physics (up to A-Level). My exam board is CAIE, but I have experience teaching International Ed-excel, UK Ed-excel and OCR.

I tailor my lessons according to your needs and abilities. Need some confident booster? Have questions about A-levels, university applications or life in general? I am happy to answer that all. I would love for my students to think of our sessions as a conversation rather than a lecture and enjoy them. I find students learn well the most when they are happy with the lesson. I also encourage students to ask me questions about their homework (or if I give them tasks :)).

All in all, I hope to provide a safe space to ask questions, stumble and grow - because I have been there, and hope to be a good guidance to others as my teachers had once been for me.
