I will adapt lessons to be exciting and engaging for the students while remembering that education is complex for many individuals.

As a neurodivergent individual myself i know the struggles of having learning difficulties at school such as dyslexia and how this can impact learning and take a toll on self esteem.

Education is about the whole child not just what is on the curriculum. I find that people learn better when they have a genuine interest and can understand concepts in a way that link to their own experiences and likes. I will make sure that while teaching the necessary content i also make it clear why it is important and make it engaging.
