Learning needs a competent teacher or educator because this will determine the performance of the students and also affect the life long decision hence critical.
Biology is the area of my specialty and am still pursuing more on the field and in the meantime and a teacher and doing some private tutorials.
Every teacher has a philosophy of learning and as for me I believe that if the teacher knows the content enough he should be able to explain and simplify it to everyone even very lower classes.
I believe that everyday life experiences give us enough enough information that’s needs to be connected to the academic framework to give answers to to unanswered questions.
Teaching or tutoring doesn’t have to be in a way that the teacher uses jargon or try to proof to the students his credibility but the credibility comes from simplicity and the ability to paint a picture in the student’s mind that atleast the concept sticks to the cognitive mind. I have this belief because i had a combination of good and bad lectures and the bad ones always had the motives of proving their credibility and they did that by complicating the content so that we learn the hard way of which I believe it was wasting time and making the student’s life very horrible unnecessarily therefore having experienced that i aim to simplify the content and make it more applicable to real life that it can always flash to the mind when seeing anything relating to it.
