I have been a wrestler and a martial artist for three decades now and have been a personal trainer for around eight years.

I have been a wrestler and a martial artist for three decades now and have been a personal trainer for around eight years.

I train people by correcting the basics first. I train their body with basic whole-body strengthening exercises and posture training, while educating them about proper rest and recovery (eg: myofascial release). I usually suggest a diet after two weeks of training. But training schedules change depending on the age, gender, and current health of the client.

From basic exercises I move on to more functional exercises, depending on what my client wants. And some compound exercises and occasional cardio too. Some of my clients ask specifically for self defence training, so I add that to the schedule too.

My usual training session consists of dynamic stretches and rotations as a warm up. Then I move on to strength exercises or martial arts training. Then I end sessions with static stretches to cool down and some days I end with a few minutes of meditation too.

In case there are previous injuries or health issues, I train clients accordingly and I suggest changes in food too as I am well experienced in training people with injuries or diseases such as diabetes, high cholesterol, or thyroid issues to name a few.

I charge people less because of the values given to me by my father, who is my martial arts teacher. And also, I am more empathetic. Looking forward to meeting new clients. All the best to everyone out there.
