Each class is based to suit needs of each student. Our focus is on alignment and finding balance on the mat . Each class is aimed to build a consistent practice where the students can take the benefits and tools from the class into their own personal lifes. We will have a strong practice at the same time learn how to listen to the body a breath. Each class has prayanama (breathing techniques) which will help the student outside of the class . With new students we usually start from basics and gradually build a consistent practice . Learning and relearning together . Cleaning old destructive patterns and reprogramming our subconscious mind with new tools and knowledge. Verbal or physical adjustments will be given . Different techniques and practices of yoga will be used. Together we will learn to live a life of yoga .
