Lessons are tailored to suit the needs of each student, I bring positivity and confidence to each class. I know the A level content and assessment framework inside out and therefore I can pick up any topic without notice. I have developed a range of brilliant resources which can be tailored to your needs. It may be a session exploring a top band sample answer, or help with homework. Sometimes students like me to go through an area they feel less confidence in, followed by practicing some questions.

I also usually make sure that students are very familiar with the specification, the different types of questions, essay structures, techniques for reaching full marks. Sociology A level has a huge amount of content and I can help you make that feel more manageable as well as feeling more confident in identifying areas that you find a challenge, particularly in responding to unseen questions.

As we move towards the exam, we can work through past papers, writing up answers in class, me demonstrating what a top set of exam skills looks like and I am also happy to mark your work in class or go through work that you have received back in class, to make sure you identify exactly where and how you can improve your answers.

I have worked with students with a wide range of educational needs and I really enjoy making students feel ready for their exams as well as enjoying the subject! I work hard with students to ensure that no matter how hard a topic, we find ways to make sure you understand!
