I believe that learning is most effective when students feel understood, supported, and motivated, so I combine clear explanations with interactive methods, practical examples, and personalised guidance.

I have over four years of experience teaching psychology and human sciences to adolescents and adults in Italy. During this time, I worked with students with diverse learning styles and abilities, including those with learning difficulties and individualised educational needs. I supported students in developing personalised learning plans, improving their study skills, and strengthening their confidence in both academic and personal contexts.

Alongside my main professional role as a clinical psychologist, I continue teaching because I genuinely enjoy helping people learn, grow, and discover their potential. My clinical background allows me to understand how students think, feel, and learn, and to adapt my teaching approach not only to academic goals but also to emotional, cognitive, and motivational needs.

My lessons often include discussions, real-life examples, critical thinking exercises, and techniques to improve concentration, memory, organisation, and self-esteem. I aim to create a safe, encouraging, and non-judgmental environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, expressing themselves, and making mistakes as part of the learning process.
