I would give personalised feedback and be available to talk any time of the day. - My classes would not only reinforce academic standards but bring about a development in skills demanded by the rigours of real life which I believe are not given enough importance to considering these are skills necessary to survive. I would strive to bring about not merely academic excellence, but personal growth and appreciation for the subject holistically.
