Hello! I’m a friendly native Japanese tutor based in the UK with international business experience.

I offer personalised lessons for all levels, whether you want to improve conversation skills, prepare for the JLPT, or learn Japanese for travel, daily life, or work. My lessons focus on building confidence through practical speaking, while also covering grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and kanji in a clear and structured way.

I have a multicultural background—my husband is British, and we are raising our young son bilingually, speaking Japanese at home. I also support my husband in learning Japanese, which helps me understand the challenges learners face and how to explain things in a simple and effective way.

I enjoy anime, films, cooking, and exploring different cultures, and I love connecting with people from around the world. My lessons are relaxed, engaging, and tailored to your personality and goals, so you can enjoy learning while making real progress.
