I am a Maltese national and English is my first language. I have a Bachelors in English and theatre studies, Masters in Teaching Drama and a Masters in Musical Theatre. I am very flexible and happy to work around your individual needs, learning style, goals, and schedule. I believe that everyone learns differently, so I aim to make each lesson comfortable, practical, and tailored specifically to you.

We will begin with an initial basic English lesson to assess your current level and identify the areas you feel you would like to improve. From there, we can work together to create a personalised learning plan based on your individual needs and goals. Whether you are looking to improve your speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, or general confidence when communicating in English, the lessons can be adapted to focus on the areas that will benefit you most.

The lessons will include a mixture of conversation practice, worksheets, exercises, reading activities, and practical English tasks. Depending on your preferences, these activities can be completed together during the lesson or independently at home. If exercises or worksheets are completed at home, we can review them together during the next lesson, discuss any mistakes or difficulties, and work through them step by step to help improve the quality and accuracy of your English.

Drama:

Drama will also be tailored to your specific needs and goals. I can help with monologue preparation and performance, character development, physicality, confidence, and audition preparation. Whether you are preparing for an audition, working on a particular role, or simply looking to improve your acting skills, I can provide personalised guidance, constructive feedback, and practical advice. Lessons will be relaxed and supportive, allowing you to explore your performance style, build confidence, and develop your skills in a comfortable one-to-one environment.

Most importantly, the lessons will be adapted to suit you. We can take things slowly and focus on the basics, or work at a faster pace if you are looking for more of a challenge. Together, we can create a learning approach that is enjoyable, useful, and focused on helping you achieve your goals.
