Thanks for getting in touch. I’m a coach and mentor specialising in supporting university students with academic performance, motivation, and post-graduation planning.

My approach is practical and non-directive. I don’t coach subject content or act as a counsellor. Instead, I help you identify what’s blocking progress — whether that’s procrastination, overwhelmed, battling with imposter syndrome or lack of direction — and build systems you can maintain independently.

My background is in HR, where I coached young people, graduates and early-career staff, so I understand the transition from structured education to self-management. I’m NLP-qualified, an Associate member of the EMCC Professional Membership Body of Coaches, Mentors and Supervisors and work to strict ethical guidelines.

In our 1 hour sessions, we’ll focus on your priorities. We’ll create specific actions, and I’ll provide accountability between sessions to help you implement them.

Students typically see improvements in consistency and stress levels within 3 sessions.
