My music lessons are friendly, encouraging, and tailored to each student’s individual goals. Whether you are a complete beginner or already have some musical background, I design each session to help you learn at a pace that feels comfortable and motivating.
At the start, we will discuss your interests, the styles you enjoy, and what you would like to achieve—whether it’s learning your first song, improving technique, building confidence, or preparing for future musical goals. Each lesson focuses on clear, manageable steps such as rhythm, coordination, musical expression, or reading music, combined with practical exercises and real pieces you enjoy playing.
My teaching style is structured yet flexible. I demonstrate techniques clearly, guide you through exercises, and give personalised feedback so you always understand what you’re improving and why. I aim to make every lesson enjoyable, relaxed, and positive, with optional practice tips to help you progress between sessions.
I have strong experience in music through performance, choir singing, and supporting artists in professional settings. I’ve worked in music-related roles where communication, patience, and clarity are essential, and I bring that same supportive approach to my teaching. I also love helping learners gain confidence, especially those who may feel nervous starting something new.
