My lessons are practical where we'll create recipes from scratch. I'm fun, informal and professional and have a successful corporate and personal catering business in Essex. I cater for large organisations plus weddings, functions and in house events.

I offer small group in house cookery workshops already for adults and children. Weekly, my children's classes meet at my premises and we create a range of recipes and build on their experience. Monthly, my adult classes create recipes from around the world and we've had Spanish and Thai cookery sessions so far.

I'm extremely passionate about cookery and believe cookery is for everyone and love teaching and enabling children to cook while improving self belief and confidence. We teach neurodivergent and home educated children in our premises as part of their educational requirements and we have a lot of fun. It's so rewarding seeing the children flourish and they respond to my cookery skills.

As part of my business, I cater for local education settings and my daily provision meets nutrition standards with healthy food. My emphasis is on healthy food with the occasional treat! I'm allergen trained and do cater for allergies plus dietary requirements. Plus hygiene trained snd a nutritionist.
